Useful information
- The prices do not include final cleaning € 250.
- The local tax is also charged additionally and is € 2.60 per person/night.
- The rental deposit for our house is € 200 and is due upon arrival.

- Check-In: Our house is ready for occupancy from 1 p.m. on the day of arrival.
- Check-Out: We kindly ask you to check out by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Payment & cancellation conditions
- To fix your booking, we ask for a prepayment by bank transfer.
- The final payment will be made by bank transfer or in cash on arrival.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40 % of the booking price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the booking price.
- In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90 % of the booking price.
Amenities & extras
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided.
- For our youngest guests, we provide a baby cot, high chairs with baby lounger, a changing mat, a bottle warmer, feeding tools and a playmat with play arch.
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the entire house area.
- There is a large playground in the garden and a great amount of different games for the children.
- For your ski equipment there is a private ski room with ski boot dryer.
- In addition to parking in front of the house, there is also a double garage for two cars.
